How many guests can Sindooram accommodate?
The villa's base occupancy is 6 adults (2 per bedroom, across 3 air-conditioned bedrooms). With extra beds added in Thira and Chira, this extends to 8 adults. For larger groups, roll-out quilts can be arranged in the lounge on prior notice for an additional charge, accommodating up to 3 more adults or 5 children beyond that.
Is the villa pet-friendly?
Yes, for an additional ₹600/night. Pets stay in a covered, ventilated outdoor kennel with a fan and light, positioned beside the Thira bedroom window. Pets can use the outdoor space with their owner present, who manages them at their own risk. Pets are not permitted inside the villa.
Can we book just one room instead of the whole villa?
Currently, Sindooram is bookable as the entire villa only. If you're interested in an individual room, reach out to us directly to check availability.
Is food provided?
Home-cooked Kerala food can be arranged on prior order. Swiggy and Zomato food delivery are also available at the property if you’d rather order in.
Are children charged separately?
Children under 5 stay free as long as they're not using an extra bed.

Odayam, Vettakada and Kappil beaches and backwaters are all within 3 km of our property. Varkala’s cliff is 4.5km down the coast, about a 10-minute drive.
