From handcrafted pieces and local artisan work to vintage finds, natural materials, and flourishing greenery, every addition has been selected because it belongs—not simply because it fills a space. We believe that meaningful places are created through purpose, not haste.

We continue to nurture the gardens, introduce thoughtful details, and refine each space one careful addition at a time. The Space

Base occupancy: 6 adults (2 adults per bedroom), across 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:

• Thira — King bed (extra bed available for ₹750/night)

• Chira — 2 single beds (extra bed available for ₹750/night)

• Dweep — King bed (no extra bedding available)

  
  

Children under 5 stay free when not using an extra bed. With extra beds added in Thira and Chira, bedroom capacity extends to 8 adults. For larger groups, additional roll-out quilts can also be arranged in the lounge area on prior notice (extra charge applies), accommodating up to 3 additional adults or 5 children beyond that. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable common spaces. All 3 bathrooms come with geysers for hot water.

Fancy home-cooked Kerala food? We can arrange it on prior order for a small additional cost. Prefer to order in? Swiggy and Zomato both deliver to the property, so you’re covered either way.

🐾 Travelling with Pets

We welcome pets for an additional ₹600/night. Pets stay in a covered, ventilated and spacious outdoor kennel — fitted with a fan and light — positioned right beside the Thira bedroom window so owners can easily keep an eye on their pet throughout the stay. Pets can use the outdoor space accompanied by their owner, who manages them directly and at their own risk. Please note: pets are not permitted inside the villa.
